ACCE student communication routes

Below we outline several options for contacting ACCE DTP: please note that routes are not designed to receive urgent communications. Information regarding contacts at each ACCE University, including for urgent matters, are listed on the Student Health and Wellbeing webpages.

  • Route 1 (not anonymous): email your local ACCE lead or the DTP administration team at acce.dtp@liverpool.ac.uk
  • Route 2 (not anonymous): via your supervisor to ACCE DTP Management Board – your supervisor can contact your local ACCE lead or the DTP administration team
  • Route 3 (can be anonymous): via your student committee reps to ACCE DTP Management Board – student committee reps can contact local lead or DTP administration team and don’t need to pass on your name. Please note that the student committee for 2023/24 is being finalised and full details will be available shortly on the website.
  • Route 4 (not anonymous): via a Google form to include your name. A copy of this form is sent to the DTP administration team. Details would normally be shared with Management Board for discussion, depending on the matter to be resolved.
  • Route 5 (anonymous): via a Google form which does not require your name. A copy of this form is sent to DTP administration team. Details would normally be shared with Management Board members for discussion, depending on the matter to be resolved. If no name is given it is not possible to provide feedback to the individual but potential changes that affect all students could be communicated to all students via ACCE update emails. Please note that as we do not collect email addresses for this final route, you won’t receive a confirmation of your form submission.
